Q: Can we bring our pets camping with us?

A: Absolutely! Pets are welcome at Whispering River Ranch, except in the cabins. Please keep all pets on a leash at all times, and we thank you for cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed indoors except for certified service animals.
Q: What is there to do in the area?

A: Plenty! We strike that perfect balance of being secluded from busy roadways and the daily rat race, but we're still an easy driving distance from a number of attractions and destinations that the whole family will love. Check them out on our Family Fun page!
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Check-in is 2:00 PM or later (PST). Check-out is 11:00 AM. You do not need to contact the office for check-out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in. Late check-ins are allowed at any time; please contact the park for instructions. Enjoy your stay and contact the front desk if you need anything.
Q: What if I have to cancel my reservation?

A: Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will not receive a refund. No refund for no shows or early departures.
Q: Can we request a specific campsite?

A: Yes you may; you can choose your preferred site from our Online Booking Portal when making a reservation through our website. Or, you may indicate your preferred site via phone or email.
Q: Can we have visitors while camping?

A: Sure, we love guests at Whispering River Ranch! There are daily and overnight fees for guests, and overnight guests may not exceed your 8-person site limit or your 2-vehicle site limit.
Q: Is the Clubhouse available to rent?

A: Yes! You can reserve it for book clubs, private parties, organization meetings and much more! Please contact our office for more information.
