CHECK- IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 2:00 PM or later (PST). Check-out is 11:00 AM. You do not need to contact the office for check-out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in. Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please contact the park for instructions. Enjoy your stay and contact the front desk if you need anything.

OPEN FIRES: All fires must be in firepits. Wood bundles are available for sale at the office. Portable gas fire pits are allowed, but must be placed only on the gravel so as not to damage the grass.

PARKING: Please do not park your vehicle, trailer or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. See office for additional, overflow parking. Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 2 vehicles per site unless noted. Extra vehicles will need to be parked in the additional, overflow parking spaces. Please make sure not to park on the grass. No parking in common areas. Please do not park in the middle of the road or in empty sites.

SITE & PARK NAVIGATION: Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated walking paths to walk around the campground.

RUGS: Rugs are only allowed on the gravel; please do not place rugs or carpets on the grass. We want your site to look great for both you and the next guest.

PET POLICIES: We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet and other guests and their pets to stay safe. No pets allowed indoors; only certified service animals are welcome. Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or power boxes. Pets are not allowed on the pickleball courts or in the playground area. Be a good neighbor and always clean up after your pet, including the dog park area. Please do not let your pet deposit waste on your site, any other site, outdoor facility, or any of the walking paths. Disposal bags are available throughout the park. Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not leave them outside at any time while you are away. Please keep your dog from barking and disturbing your neighbors or other campers. Please also note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

SPEED LIMIT: The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

WASHING: Washing of RVs or any type of vehicle is not permitted.

ATVs, DIRT BIKES, MOTORCYCLES, AND GOLF CARTS: OHVs are welcome onsite to get to and from your site and to off-site trails. Please observe the 5 mph speed limit within the park.

ELECTRICAL USE: You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

SPRINKLERS: Sprinklers are programmed to water from 12 Midnight to 7:00 AM. Use caution when leaving items outside. Whispering River Ranch RV Park is not responsible for water damage on any item, RV or vehicle. No tampering, adjusting, breaking, covering or blocking of sprinklers or water system. (Doing so may be grounds for eviction.)

BUILDINGS & FACILITIES: All buildings and facilities are non-smoking and pet-free, except for service animals.

LAUNDRY: The laundry room is open 24/7. Change and Vending machines are available. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. If assistance is needed, please contact the front desk.

RESTROOMS/SHOWERS: For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms and showers are open 24/7 with the exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. Remember that you will need to use your security code for access after office hours. Please help keep these areas clean. Please advise the office of any concerns.

FITNESS CENTER: It is expressly agreed that all activities and use of the Fitness Center shall be undertaken by the guest at guest’s sole risk. In order to utilize the Fitness Center, the guest must be 16 or older. Whispering River Ranch RV Park (WRR RV) shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages or actions whatsoever to the guest or guest’s property arising out of or connected with the use of any of the services and facilities of WRR RV Park. The guest does expressly forever release and discharge the park from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages or actions; and from all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of all partners who own the park, agents and employees.

PLAYGROUND/PICKLEBALL COURTS: The playground opens at 8:00 AM after quiet time and closes at dusk. Children must always be supervised in these areas and all other areas of the campground.

QUIET TIME: Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.

CHILDREN: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. The playground closes at dusk. Anyone under the age of 18, not under adult supervision, is required to be at their home campsite during Quiet Hours. Parents or guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children. Small children are not permitted in restrooms, showers, playground, pickleball courts and other facilities without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash dumpsters are located throughout the park. Please tie trash bags closed and put the bags completely inside the dumpster. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees. Please keep your campsite clean.

SAFETY & EMERGENCIES: Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others. If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

DISCLAIMER: The Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items, any damages, injuries or accidents. Use property at your own risk. This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to terminate the occupancy of a guest for the violation of the rules and regulations of this park with no refund of fees. Users accept privileges with the understanding that they do hereby release Whispering River Ranch RV Park, its owners, officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to their persons or camping party arising out of use of any of its facilities. Photos, videos, and other media taken during your stay may be used in promotional pieces.
